Return/Replacement 

  • Wrong Product-: In case you receive a product that you have not ordered, please inform us immediately on opening the packet, click the photograph & send it to us for further action. Replacement will be arranged by AATMAN and the courier expenses will be borne by AATMAN.
  • Defective Product-: In case, if the delivered product is found to be defective due to stitching or stains, you need to inform us immediately, click the photograph & send it to us for further action. Replacement will be arranged by AATMAN and the courier expenses will be borne by AATMAN.

Refund

We have a No Refund Policy.

Repairs

  • In case of any subsequent damage to the product, we offer to repair the product, subject to repair charges to be borne by the client.
  • Repair Charges will be informed only after a thorough analysis of the product. The client needs to click the photograph and send it to us for analysis.
  • The cost of Repair & Courier Charges is to be borne by the client.
  • The cost of Repair & Courier Charges should be paid in advance.
